We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Assistant to join our team of ProAV Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B sales, with a focus on IT hardware or Professional Audio-Visual (ProAV) sales, preferably within a distribution environment. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting our sales team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships.

Location – Poland, Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in generating new business and expanding existing customer accounts in the ProAV market within the B2B distribution sector.

  2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.

  3. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to potential clients.

  4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information to effectively promote and sell our IT hardware or ProAV products.

  6. Assist with sales reporting and analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  8. Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings as required to represent the company and promote our products.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware or ProAV sales, within a distribution environment.

  2. Strong knowledge of IT hardware or ProAV products, including features, specifications, and applications.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with customers.

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

  5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  7. Upper-Intermediate English.

  8. Ability to travel as required to attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

  9. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
