The VIA GO3 is a further development of the much-loved VIA GO2, the tiny entry-level representative of the VIA family. It is also very compact, although a bit larger than its predecessor (9x9 cm vs. 7x7 cm). As with the VIA GO2 the built-in dual-band Wi-Fi allows quick and dongle-free connection for up to 8 users of iOS, Android, Chromebook, PC and Mac devices, which is enough for a small meeting room. iOS mirroring via AirPlay™, Windows & Android mirroring via Miracast™, as well as Chromebook mirroring are supported. LAN connectivity is also available.
Now let's talk about the essential differences from the VIA GO2. In VIA GO3 not two, but four participants can simultaneously present on the main screen. Still a Linux mini-computer, the VIA GO3 has a more powerful processor, as well as four times the RAM and internal storage memory. In addition there are three USB 3.0 ports instead of one with the VIA GO2.
All in all, with the introduction of the VIA GO3, you get not only another still very compact, yet more advanced device option for wireless presentation and collaboration in a small meeting space, but also a very useful tool for off-site seminars and trainings, master classes, and other mobile tasks of this nature. And that's a very good thing.
