Kramer acquires Ashton Bentley
The UK-based provider of integrated solutions for meeting and collaboration spaces joined the Kramer family
Following the strategy of expanding its unified communications and collaboration (UCC) offerings, Kramer recently acquired Ashton Bentley. Based in the town of Dartford in Kent, this company has an excellent track record of developing integrated turnkey solutions for meeting and collaboration spaces.
Ashton Bentley product range includes all the building blocks needed, including AV connectivity solutions, displays, stands, mounts and, finally, purpose-built conference tables and chairs. All products can be purchased individually or as complete solutions to outfit a typical huddle room or other type of meeting and collaboration space.
The company has licensed technologies from Kramer x Audiocodes, Logitech, Lifesize, HP Poly and has achieved technology partner status with several leading vendors. Overall, Kramer views the acquisition of Ashton Bentley as an important strategic move and an excellent complement to its own products and solutions.
